You agree to pay all premiums and fees associated with your insurance policies in accordance with the payment terms provided. Failure to pay premiums may result in cancellation of your coverage. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.
All insurance claims must be submitted in accordance with the terms of your insurance policy and the procedures established by the insurance carrier. Venturella Insurance may assist you in filing claims but does not determine claim outcomes. All claim decisions are made by the insurance carrier in accordance with the policy terms.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Venturella Insurance or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
